Welcome to Empower M.E.

How to log in to Empower M.E.

Use these instructions to set up your account and track your care, from upcoming classes and payments to past visits.

To activate your Empower M.E. Member Portal you will need your Member ID number located on the reverse side of your membership ID card. You can also email MHHCMembership@OhioHealth.com to request your ID number.

 

Setting Up Your Account

  1. Navigate to OurClubLogin.com/510636
  2. Once you have opened the portal login, enter your member ID number in both the Username and Password space.
  1. You will now be prompted to update your account by choosing a new password.
    • In the Current Password space, enter your member ID number.
    • Then enter your new password and confirm it to check that the passwords match.
    • Once you have entered your new password twice, click Save.
  1. You can now view the Empower M.E. portal.

Our new club management software Empower M.E. offers an outstanding member interface that you can save to your phone, similar to an app. To access your member portal from your phone’s home screen, follow these simple steps.
