Patient information

We understand the importance of family and friends to a patient’s recovery. Visiting hours vary by unit and may depend on the patient’s condition and needs. Families should speak to the patient’s nurse to determine the most appropriate visitation schedule.

Tobacco-free environment

To provide a healthy environment for our patients, visitors and employees, OhioHealth is a tobacco-free environment. Tobacco use (including e-cigarettes) is not permitted inside or outside any OhioHealth property.

Lost items

If you happen to lose an item during your visit, please notify a member of our staff immediately, so that we can help you find it as soon as possible. We also have a lost and found with our security staff where we will store lost items for up to 90 days.

Security at OhioHealth

Security officers are on duty at all times to help you with safety and security concerns. Weapons (including firearms) are prohibited on OhioHealth property.

Amenities

Patient meals

You can select and order meals from our menu. If you miss a meal because of tests or therapy, your nurse will arrange for your meal.

Cafeteria

Located on the first floor of the hospital, the cafeteria serves a wide variety of nutritious meals. It also offers light snacks outside of regular mealtimes.

Breakfast

Monday through Friday: 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM
Weekends and holidays: 7 AM to 9:30 AM

Lunch

Monday through Friday: 11 AM to 1:30 PM
Weekends and holidays: 11 AM to 1:30 PM

Dinner

Monday through Friday: 4 PM to 7 PM
Weekends and holidays: Closed

Vending machines

Vending machines are located adjacent to the cafeteria at the snack patio and are available 24-7.

Gift Shop

Hospital volunteers staff our gift shop, which offers a broad selection of gifts, fresh flowers and snacks. In addition to visiting in person, you may purchase items over the phone to be delivered to friends and family who are patients at the hospital. We accept credit, debit and cash payments.

Maps and directions

Southeastern Ohio. Regional Medical Center is located off I-77. If approaching from the North, take a right off exit 47 on Cadiz Road or left onto Cadiz Road from the South. Then take a right on Brenton Road. Next, take a right onto Oakland Boulevard and merge onto Clark Street. The Medical Center campus will be on your left.

Parking information

  • Free parking is available for visitors and patients 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in the parking lot directly across from the hospital’s entrance.
  • Patients and visitors are cautioned not to park in reserved areas and advised to lock their cars.

Medical records

To request your medical records, you must download, fill out and submit our authorization to release information form.

If you have questions, call the Medical Records department Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM at (740) 439-8652.

When submitting this form, you must provide:

  • The name and date of birth of patient requesting records.
  • Visit location and date, as well as a description of records needed.
  • Patient or witness signature. It cannot be a family member.
  • Legible copy of photo ID.

Four ways to submit your form:

  • Fill it out electronically and email it to us at MedicalRecords@SEORMC.org.
  • Print, fill out and fax it to us at (740) 439-8658.
  • Print, fill out and mail it to us at 1341 N Clark St, Cambridge, OH 43725, Attn: Medical Records.
  • Print, fill out and bring it in person to the Medical Records department.
