The Bone & Joint Center is located on the OhioHealth Grant Medical Center campus. We are located on East Town Street, across from the hospital and Grant Surgical and Heart Center.
Easiest access to the Bone & Joint Center is by using our FREE valet parking service at the entrance to the Bone & Joint Center.

Parking Information

Free valet parking is available for every patient and visitor at the Bone & Joint Center.

Easiest access to the Bone & Joint Center is by using our free valet parking at the entrance to the Bone & Joint Center, Monday through Friday, 5 a.m. to 6 p.m.
If you're visiting the Bone & Joint Center after valet parking hours, parking garages located on the Grant Medical Center campus are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The parking garages are free to all patients and visitors.
After parking in the garage, you must bring your parking voucher with you to your appointment to have it validated.
If you do not get your parking voucher validated, automated cashiers at each of the garage exits will require payment. We accept credit cards, debit cards, bills and coins.
You may park in any of our three parking garages:

We encourage handicapped patients and visitors to use our free valet parking for easy access and convenience.
If you're visiting the Bone & Joint Center after valet parking hours (Monday - Friday, 5 a.m. to 6 p.m.), handicapped parking is available in Grant Medical Center garages and on the street. If no handicap spaces are available, call for assistance from OhioHealth Protective Services at (614) 566.9300

Our patient check-in station is designed for privacy and focused interaction between us and you. It’s set up to handle all specialties and providers, so there’s one place for you to check in.
- Same-day Scheduling at Our Sub-waiting Station

Located on the first floor, our sub-waiting station is set up to help patients with additional scheduling on the same day as their first appointment. Here you can register for rehab therapy, schedule an X-ray and MRI, make a doctor’s appointment and more, conveniently and efficiently.
Our attendants have extensive knowledge of health insurance requirements.
During Your Visit
Amenities
Amenity Bars are available on the second and third floors in waiting areas for patients and families. Complimentary coffee and water are provided and convenient work spaces. Free wi-fi service is available throughout the Bone & Joint Center.
Visiting Hours
General visiting hours are daily from 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. but may vary on some units based on the patient’s condition and needs. Families should speak to the patient’s nurse to determine the most appropriate visitation schedule.

Spiritual Support Services
A chapel is located on the first floor of Grant Medical Center, across the street from the Bone and Joint Center,. It is available for personal prayer and meditation at any time, day or night. Chapel services are held Sundays at 11 a.m. The Pastoral Care Office is located on Lower Level 1 of the main hospital and is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Dial “0” from a hospital phone to request the chaplain on-call.
Housekeeping and Environmental Services
Housekeeping is about more than just cleanliness, it’s our opportunity to make a first and lasting impression during your visit to the Bone & Joint Center.
